At Keynotify we know that presenting and presentations are essential skills and tools. A presentation is not necessarily standing on a stage speaking to a crowd, it can also be a job interview, sales pitch or even a date. We exist to help you develop the skills to be a great presenter, to create inspiring, convincing and beautiful presentations and to facilitate facilitators in every way.
Presentations
A presentation can be enriched with the great tools, props, images and texts. People will remember information better if the message is delivered in different ways: audible, in text, images or utilising other creative possibilities. We are experts in delivering the experience you would like your audience to get.
We work in collaboration with our clients to create unique presentations, always with your objectives in mind. When you create presentations regularly, we also recommend using an easy-to-use, beautiful template to quickly and consistently make great presentations. For content creators, project managers and creatives we also provide Keynote training, for anyone, from first time users to professionals.
Facilitators
More important than the actual content of the presentation is the presenter, or as we prefer the ‘facilitator’. With our experience we offer training and coaching services for all types of presentations. We develop in-company trainers, Keynote speakers and educators. Our experience in events and theatre production, and collaboration with stage actors will bring your presentation skills to the next level.
A presentation becomes an experience when the facilitator makes it one.
Education
Being able to deliver presentations starts in school when the children are about 6 years old, and in their (school-) careers it will only become more frequent and important as they grow older. We believe that teaching children (and their educators) the skills that will help them to be able to make and deliver presentations will be beneficial for the rest of their lives.
We develop methods that will grow skills and knowledge about how to make and deliver presentions in all levels, from primary school to higher education. The training is focused on the creation of a presentation and the delivery, starting with the rough outlines and defining the objectives and ending with the actual facilitation.
Environment
Sometimes all you need for your presentation to succeed is just you voice and maybe a box to stand on. On the other end of the scale you might need a huge auditorium with a full lighting rig, revolving stages, LED screens and a 20 piece band.
Thinking about the environment of your presentation is absolutely essential. To make sure your message reaches your audience it is essential to (at the very least) think about the surroundings. We are experts in making sure that the experience your audience will have matches your goals, wether it’s an audience of 10 or 10.000.
